The property is in a great location, not far from the train station. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.

Booked a room for 3 (myself and two friends). The room description said 2 beds + 1 sofa bed, so we were expecting to have to prepare the sofa bed ourselves, but were pleasantly surprised that it was already prepared and there was virtually no difference between the beds at all! Plenty of hangers, slippers, fabric refresher spray, spacious bathroom, full length mirror were much appreciated. Overall, clean, excellent value for money and would definitely consider staying again!

Rooms were very clean, loved the toilet and shower were seperate and looked brand new. Couldn’t fault anything. Loved that the windows opened slightly for a bit of fresh air and were also double glazed so when they were closed it was quiet.

the location is great and feel safe walking back to the hotel because there are always people around. the staff are friendly . the toilet and separate shower room is my favourite because seldom do you find bidet separate from shower room in japan. the sink is located outside the bidet which I find it hygienic especially when I want to wash fruits and it is not near the bidet

Strategic location just a few minutes walk to Susukino Station. We went for the Snow Festival and the Ice Sculpture Site was really nearby! Typical of Japan, staff are really polite and courteous and made us feel welcomed. It's a modern business hotel with the usual fittings and services and we were happy to get everything we expected. Definitely will consider for future trips to Sapporo.

Location is fantastic. Short walk from susukino station and odori park. Hotel is clean and offers breakfast if you would like. Washing machines are available for use. The rooms were spacious.

Around 10 minutes from Susukino Station. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast (eat as much as you want) was good and changes a little bit every day.
